I am a sitting Steering Committee member this site abides by;

• Do not slag said other sites.
• FA is open-source and DIY bring ideas.
• FA is 100% non-commercial and donation-run.
• FA is headed offshore (and we're not there yet...) and, more importantly, WHY. 2257, Data Retention laws, "internet wiretapping", obscenity-based raids...there's a reason a lot of these other sites have the restrictive
  
  TOU/TOS that they do, and it's because they're scared of law enforcement and of losing advertisers or investors, NOT
  
  that "they're just evil."
  

So I might be busy or I may be a hell raiser ok maybe both :)
